Update on the Verdict for Montana Lewis Murder Trial for the Murder of Our Beloved Son Sammy Graham Jr.

After five long years of waiting, fighting, and holding onto hope, we finally have a firm trial date for the case surrounding the loss of our precious son, Sammy Graham Jr.

The verdict is scheduled to be read on January 30, 2025 at 10:00am in court.

Before that, we will appear in court once more on December 17, 2025, for the formal reading in open court. These dates mark the final steps of what has been the longest and most painful journey of our lives since the night Sammy was deliberately attacked and stabbed twice in a planned act of violence.

For five years, our family has prayed for justice. We have asked for at least second-degree murder, though we firmly believe the evidence supports first-degree. As we move into these final stages, we continue to trust that the truth will be recognized and honored.

To all of you who have stood beside us — your love, prayers, and support have kept us upright on days when we didn’t know how to keep going. We are profoundly grateful for every message, every prayer, and every moment of kindness. Please continue to keep our family in your thoughts as we reach the conclusion of this heart-wrenching chapter.

January 30, 2026 will mark five years, two months, and just a few days since we lost Sammy. Five years of heartbreak, waiting, and fighting for answers.

We are ready for the truth to be heard, and for Sammy’s life to finally be honored in a court of law.
