June 11–12 Sentencing Dates for Montana Lewis Set in Case of Samuel Graham Jr. – SooToday

A SooToday article confirms that Montana Lewis will be sentenced beginning June 11 following his conviction for manslaughter in the 2020 stabbing death of 19-year-old Samuel Graham Jr. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice noted that a Gladue report is expected in May ahead of the two-day sentencing hearing. As the case moves toward sentencing more than five years after Sammy’s death, his family continues to seek accountability and has asked the Crown to pursue an appeal of the manslaughter verdict.
