Sammy’s Backpacks Celebrates a Standout Hockey Season

Proud sponsors in the SPWHL U13HL, we celebrate not only wins and standings, but the teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship that shape these young athletes.

We are proud sponsors of two teams in the SPWHL U13HL for the first time ever.

Roy Graham Trucking had an outstanding year, finishing 1st place with a perfect record of 20 wins in 20 games.
Sammy’s Backpacks also performed extremely well, finishing a strong 5th place out of 10 teams. We couldn’t be prouder of both teams.

Beyond the standings, we were especially impressed by the respect and sportsmanship shown on the ice all season long. Watching these young athletes play filled our hearts with joy. To us, sports are about so much more than just wins and losses. They teach our kids how to work with others, make independent decisions under pressure, push themselves to improve. both for their own growth and for the success of the team. These valuable lessons help prepare them for future goals, dreams, and the challenges of adult life and the workforce. Sports also promote good physical health and strong mental well-being.

A big shout-out and thank you to all the dedicated coaches, volunteers, and everyone who helps run the Soo Pee Wee Hockey League (SPWHL).. Your hard work and commitment make this league possible. We truly appreciate everything you do. As well for all the sponsor involved .

A special thank you to Tammy Wright for all that she does and for making this dual sponsorship possible.

God bless You all and thank you for make us apart of your team!
