November 12th: Five Years Later — and Still Fighting for Justice for Sammy (Sam Graham Murder Trial Sault Ste Marie)
It’s almost impossible to believe, but it’s been five years since the murder of Sam Graham — and heartbreakingly, the court has now chosen November 12th, the exact anniversary of his death, as the day when the judge will set the date for announcing his verdict in the case.
For Sammy’s family and friends, this isn’t just another date on a court calendar. It’s a day forever etched in pain — a day that should have been reserved for reflection, remembrance, and love. Instead, it’s being overshadowed by yet another procedural step in a case that has already dragged on for far too long.
Still, even in the face of such insensitivity, the community continues to show incredible strength and unity.
💙 On November 12th, the Graham family, friends, and supporters will gather at the courthouse — standing together, wearing their Justice for Sammy hoodies, and showing that love and truth never fade.
We want to take a moment to say thank you — from the bottom of our hearts — to everyone who has stood by the Graham family through these painful years. Your messages, your presence, your prayers, and your unwavering support have meant everything.
If you’re able to join us on November 12th, please come.
Stand with us.
Show your support for Sammy, for his family, and for justice that is long overdue.
Together, we’ll continue to make sure Sammy’s name is never forgotten — and that Justice for Sammy remains loud, strong, and unshakable.

Sammy was and IS my cousin. I was 8 when he died and was told he was sick and had gotten hurt. Knowing the truth about a family member I have no memories of is hard, but I know him now. He is a hero and should have NEVER died. I am enraged at the fact that this douche-nugget of a person is now roaming the streets, living a free life. A life Sammy deserves. A life HE ruined for Sammy and all of us. RIP Sammy, my hero. I idolize him for what he did. Sammy, you are a real one.
